Policies worth checking twice

  • Submissions must be double-blind; authors must anonymize papers and supplementary material, avoiding identifying information in acknowledgments, videos, or links.
  • Papers are limited to eight pages (excluding references) in the official 3DV template; non-compliant submissions will be rejected without review.
  • Supplementary material (PDF or ZIP, max 200 MB) may include code, proofs, or additional figures but must not contain new results, updated methods, or additional datasets.
  • Code must be anonymized and submitted only as part of the supplementary ZIP file; external links to repositories (e.g., GitHub) are prohibited.
  • Dual or concurrent submissions to other conferences or journals are prohibited; submissions must not have substantial overlap (≥20%) with prior or concurrent publications.
  • Authors must declare all conflicts of interest in OpenReview; author lists are final after submission and cannot be changed for accepted papers.
  • At least one author must register and present the paper in person if accepted.
  • Authors must participate in the review process by nominating a qualified reviewer from their author list for other submissions.
