- Dual submission of identical or substantially similar manuscripts to any other peer-reviewed venue (archival or non-archival) is strictly prohibited.
- Preprints on non-peer-reviewed repositories (e.g., arXiv) are permitted.
- Sequential submissions from previously rejected or withdrawn papers are allowed if their review cycles have fully concluded before the submission deadline.
- Undisclosed concurrent submissions will result in immediate desk rejection.
- All submissions must comply with ACL Policy on Publication Ethics.
- Failing to register leads to paper withdrawal.
- Submissions are editable (including authorship) until the deadline; no authorship changes are allowed after submission.
