- All submissions follow the ARR anonymity policy.
- Papers may be submitted as archival or non-archival; archival papers are published in the SRW proceedings.
- Non-archival papers may be submitted to any venue except another SRW.
- Authors may submit directly via OpenReview or commit an ARR-reviewed paper.
- Pre-submission mentorship is optional and non-anonymous; mentors are distinct from final reviewers.
- Accepted papers receive one additional page of content upon acceptance.
- Thesis proposals must have titles beginning with 'Thesis Proposal:'.
