Policies worth checking twice
- Submissions must not substantially overlap with published, accepted, or simultaneously submitted papers to other venues with published proceedings.
- All submissions must be properly anonymized with no author names, affiliations, acknowledgements, or obvious references; non-anonymized papers may be rejected without review.
- Papers must be written in English and formatted using Springer's LNCS package, with a maximum of 20 pages including bibliography (excluding well-marked appendices and supplementary material).
- Reviewers are not required to read appendices or supplementary material; papers must be self-contained without them.
- Authors must not alter the LNCS format; non-compliant submissions may be rejected without review.
- At least one author of each accepted paper must register and attend the conference in person to present.
- Papers raising ethical concerns must demonstrate adherence to proper procedures (e.g., IRB approval, responsible disclosure) and due diligence to minimize harm.
