The ACL Student Research Workshop (SRW) 2026 is a forum for students at all educational levels—high school through PhD—to present research in Computational Linguistics, Natural Language Processing, and Machine Learning. It provides mentorship, feedback from the international research community, and opportunities to publish archival or non-archival papers alongside the main ACL 2026 conference in San Diego.

Policies worth checking twice
- Submissions must be double-blind anonymized; no author or affiliation identifiers allowed.
- Archival papers are published in the ACL 2026 SRW Proceedings; non-archival papers are presented but not published and cannot be submitted to another SRW.
- Authors may submit non-archival versions to preprint servers (e.g., arXiv) but must disclose them in the submission form.
- Papers must not be submitted to multiple ACL 2026 tracks (Research, Industry, SRW, Demos); dual submission across tracks results in rejection.
- Papers submitted to other venues must be withdrawn if accepted by SRW; dual submission must be declared at submission.
- No changes to author order or composition are allowed after the abstract submission deadline.
- First authors of accepted papers must provide proof of student status at camera-ready stage.
- Submissions must follow official ACL style templates (LaTeX or Word) and PDF format.
