Policies worth checking twice
- All submissions undergo double-blind peer review with author names and affiliations removed.
- Submitted manuscripts must be 8 pages (full papers) or 4 pages (short papers) excluding references and appendices, which have unlimited length.
- At least one author of each accepted paper must register for and present at the workshop.
- Authors must include a limitation section and broader impact statement, following ACL guidelines.
- Fast-track submissions require inclusion of prior reviews and a revision statement in the appendix.
- Non-archival submissions are allowed for dual submission; authors must indicate this on the submission form or notify organizers after reviews.
- Papers under review elsewhere may be submitted to the workshop but will not be included in the proceedings.
- No anonymity period is required per ACL policy, but submissions must remain fully anonymized during review.
