  • Submissions must be double-blind; authors must not reveal their identity, including through self-citation (use third person only).
  • Papers must not exceed 8 pages in ACM sigconf format; over-length papers will be rejected without review.
  • No supplementary materials or appendices are permitted.
  • The author list is final at submission and cannot be modified afterward.
  • Each author is limited to no more than 12 submissions.
  • Papers under review or published elsewhere in an archival venue are not allowed; dual submission is grounds for immediate rejection.
  • Authors must participate in reviewing if requested; failure to do so may result in desk rejection.
  • Papers may have appeared as non-archival preprints (e.g., arXiv, workshops), but must not be cited to preserve anonymity.
