A strong submission should clearly identify its contribution and evaluate it appropriately.

Full papers

Original, previously unpublished research papers presenting novel contributions in theory, design, implementation, analysis, verification, or empirical evaluation. Must be submitted in LIPIcs format with up to 20 pages of text (excluding title page and bibliography).

SoK (Systemization of Knowledge) papers

Papers that evaluate, systematize, and contextualize existing knowledge in established research areas. Must provide new viewpoints, challenge long-held beliefs, or present comprehensive taxonomies. Titles must be prefixed with 'SoK:'.

Extended abstracts

Accepted authors may request to publish only a 3-page extended abstract with a link to a full version in an online repository, to accommodate journal publication traditions. The full version must remain accessible for two years.

  • Submissions must be original and previously unpublished.
  • Simultaneous submission to another venue with proceedings or a journal is not allowed, except for WINE 2026.
  • If accepted to AFT 2026, the corresponding submission to WINE 2026 must be promptly withdrawn.
  • Papers must be anonymized for blind review: no author names, affiliations, or identifiable self-references.
  • Publication as a technical report or in an online repository does not violate anonymity policy.
  • Authors must declare all conflicts of interest with program committee members during submission.
  • Authors must disclose material financial conflicts of interest in the camera-ready version.
  • Submissions involving human subjects or sensitive data must include IRB approval or ethical justification and describe steps taken to protect participants.
