Policies worth checking twice
- All submissions must be original, unpublished work and must not be under simultaneous review elsewhere.
- Authors must adhere to ACM’s policies on plagiarism, misrepresentation, and falsification.
- Author lists cannot be changed after acceptance under any circumstances.
- Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) cannot be listed as authors; their use must be explicitly disclosed in the acknowledgments or a dedicated section.
- All camera-ready papers must include a 'Data Availability Statement' section (not counted in page limits) describing access to research artifacts, preferably via DOI.
- References should include DOIs whenever possible to ensure accurate citation and reproducibility.
- Every accepted paper must be covered by at least one regular registration by an author.
- Papers must conform to the official ACM Primary Article Template (sigconf format for LaTeX or Word Interim Template).
