The BraTS-GoAT 2026 Challenge is part of the 15th Brain Tumor Segmentation (BraTS) cluster at MICCAI 2026, organized in collaboration with leading clinical and research organizations. It focuses on advancing algorithmic solutions for clinically relevant brain tumor analysis through five distinct tasks, including segmentation, inpainting, and pathology-based classification, using high-quality annotated datasets and standardized evaluation pipelines.

Policies worth checking twice
- Submissions must include a Docker image, a short paper, and a signed copyright form to be valid.
- Participants may only submit to either the Early Track or Standard Track, not both.
- Docker submissions are limited to one validation queue quota per team, but manual reopens may be granted before the deadline.
- No further deadline extensions will be granted after the final hard deadline of July 30th, 2026.
- Author lists must be finalized before submission; corrections require organizer approval.
- Use of pre-trained weights or external datasets must comply with challenge data use policies.
