- Submissions must be original and not under review elsewhere.
- Full paper submissions require a mandatory abstract by November 21, 2025, and a firm paper deadline of November 28, 2025.
- Workshop papers in the presentation-oriented track must follow Springer LNCS/LNBIP formatting and are limited to 12 pages.
- Workshop acceptance rates for presentation-oriented tracks cannot exceed 45%-50%.
- Discussion-oriented workshop papers are not required to be published in Springer LNBIP but may be published on CEUR-WS.org if requirements are met.
- Workshop organizers must attend the entire workshop and are responsible for managing the review process according to CAiSE guidelines.
- PC chairs of workshops are prohibited from submitting papers to their own workshop.
- Authors may not submit the same work to both the main conference and co-located events (BPMDS/EMMSAD).
