Submitted papers are reviewed for potential publication in the Computer Animation and Virtual Worlds journal; accepted papers with minor revisions appear in a special issue, while those requiring major revisions may be resubmitted for a later issue.

Full Papers for LNCS Proceedings

Papers submitted for publication in the Lecture Notes in Computer Science proceedings, following Springer's formatting guidelines, with camera-ready versions due after acceptance.

Short Papers/Posters for AniNex Workshop

  • All submissions must be double-blind: remove author and institutional information from manuscripts and supplementary materials.
  • Citations to the authors' own prior work must be in third person and anonymized (e.g., 'In [3], Mountain and River have proposed...' instead of 'In [3], we have proposed...').
  • PDF files must be anonymized to remove hidden author metadata.
  • Papers must be original and not previously published or under review elsewhere; self-plagiarism is prohibited.
  • Submissions must contain no more than 20% material from previous publications.
  • All accepted papers require at least one author to register and present either in person or online.
  • Camera-ready submissions require copyright form completion.
  • Authors must include their ORCIDs in camera-ready papers.
