- Workshop proposals must be submitted as PDFs using the official LaTeX template; non-compliance results in desk rejection.
- Workshop proposals must include diversity and inclusion efforts, including representation of underrepresented groups in gender, ethnicity, nationality, and language coverage.
- Workshop organizers must agree to the ACL workshop non-compliance policy; failure to comply results in a one-year ban on future submissions.
- Workshops cannot accept submissions that have been or will be published elsewhere, but may accept non-archival submissions (e.g., findings papers).
- Tutorial content must balance research from multiple groups and perspectives; self-invited long talks are not permitted.
- Workshop organizers are responsible for producing camera-ready proceedings by the hard deadline; failure results in exclusion from unified proceedings and author indexes.
- ARR submissions are permitted for workshops, but organizers must specify their review platform (ARR/OpenReview or START).
