- References to authors' own prior work must be anonymized to preserve blind review.
- Papers must not be under review for or accepted by another peer-reviewed conference or journal with archived proceedings at the submission deadline.
- Technical reports (e.g., arXiv) posted before March 8, 2026, are allowed but cannot be referenced in the submission.
- Submissions must be made to only one track (technical or application); the Program Chair may reassign if needed.
- Appendices are allowed (up to 6 pages for full papers, 3 for short papers) but must be clearly marked and are not required for paper comprehension.
- Supplemental material (e.g., code, data) may be referenced only via anonymous hosting services like anonymous.4open.science.
- Papers exceeding page limits, improperly formatted, or containing identifying information will be rejected without review.
