The Conference on Robots and Vision (CRV) is an annual Canadian event sponsored by the Canadian Image Processing and Pattern Recognition Society (CIPPRS), focusing on the intersection of robotics and computer vision. - The review process is single-blind: authors are known to reviewers, but reviewers are anonymous to authors.
- Submissions must be 4 to 8 pages (two-column) long, excluding references.
- Submissions must use the official IEEE conference template (LaTeX or Word).
- Plagiarism is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the IEEE Intellectual Property office.
- Authors may use Large Language Models (LLMs) but are fully responsible for factual accuracy, plagiarism, and non-existent citations; must provide prompts and generated text if requested.
- All accepted papers must have at least one author registered and attending the conference.
- Camera-ready papers must be clean PDFs without tracked changes, comments, or annotations.
