Conceptual structure of attitudes: Language and cognition

Aug 10 2026Prague, Czech RepublicOfficial conference site Site reachable

The CSA 2026 workshop, part of ESSLLI 2026 in Prague, brings together researchers from linguistics, philosophy, and psychology to explore propositional attitudes—such as belief, knowledge, desire, and intention—focusing on their linguistic expression and cognitive foundations. It aims to bridge the gap between linguistic semantics of attitude predicates and philosophical/psychological research on mental states, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration.
