Policies worth checking twice
- All workshops at CSCW 2026 are in-person only; hybrid support is not available.
- Workshop proposals must be submitted in ACM single-column format with an abstract of no more than 200 words and a body of no more than 3,000 words (excluding references).
- Workshop proposals must be accessible, following ACM’s accessibility guidelines.
- All workshop organizers who made substantive contributions may be listed as authors, regardless of attendance, but public-facing materials must clearly indicate which organizers will attend in person.
- Workshop organizers must complete participant recruitment and submit a final headcount by August 17, 2026 AoE.
- Accepted workshop descriptions must be submitted via PCS using ACM templates by May 21, 2026 AoE and will be published in the ACM Digital Library.
- Review comments are not provided for workshop proposals; acceptance decisions are based on overall program curation.
- Paper submissions must follow ACM’s publication system (TAPS) and use the official Word/LaTeX templates.
