- Submissions must follow the CVPR 2026 Author Kit guidelines.
- Archival papers are limited to 8 pages; non-archival papers are limited to 4 pages.
- Archival authors must register for CVPR as an author before May 5, or their paper will be removed from the proceedings.
- One registration covers up to three archival papers; additional papers require separate registration.
- Non-archival papers do not require author registration.
- Papers accepted at the main CVPR 2026 conference as long non-archival papers (8 pages) may also be submitted to the workshop, with indication on the manuscript.
- Each submission is reviewed by at least two program committee members with complementary expertise in computer vision and AEC.
- The Nothing Stands Still challenge dataset is limited to construction sites in North America, and participants are encouraged to consider robustness and fairness across environments.
