Policies worth checking twice

  • Dual Submission Policy: No substantially similar paper may be submitted to another conference or workshop during the review period (November 16, 2026 – February 22, 2027).
  • Mandatory Reviewer Service: All authors must commit to serve as reviewers, area chairs, or senior area chairs when invited, with exceptions granted only for exceptional circumstances approved in advance by the program chairs.
  • All submissions must be made via OpenReview using up-to-date profiles; new profiles without institutional email require up to two weeks for moderation.
  • Accepted papers will be publicly released by the Computer Vision Foundation two weeks before the conference; authors considering patents must account for this as the official public disclosure date.
  • Papers appearing online after September 15, 2026 are considered 'contemporaneous' and will not be rejected solely for comparison to such work, but must still be cited and discussed.
  • LLM usage in the reviewing process is under finalization and details will be updated before the submission deadline.
  • Submissions must comply with IEEE submission policies.
