Deformable Objects Manipulation: Research Foundations, Reproducibility and Real-World Challenges
DOM-R3 2026 is a workshop affiliated with IROS 2026 that focuses on advancing deformable object manipulation by addressing foundational research and system-level challenges in reproducibility, benchmarking, and real-world deployment. It brings together researchers to discuss state representation, simulation, learning methods, perception, control, and the use of foundation models, while emphasizing reproducibility through dedicated panel discussions and insights from the LeHome Challenge winners.
