- Submissions must follow the ACL anonymity policy: non-anonymous preprints are allowed at any time, but peer review requires anonymity.
- Papers must use official ACL style templates and be submitted in PDF format.
- Submissions that do not adhere to author guidelines or ACL policies will be rejected without review.
- For the Student Research Workshop, the first author must be a student (undergraduate or graduate).
- Each student may be first author on only one SRW submission.
- Non-archival SRW papers may be submitted elsewhere in the future except to another SRW.
- ARR-committing papers must meet SRW submission requirements and cannot be previously accepted elsewhere.
- Tutorial materials must be made publicly available in the ACL Anthology unless an exception is justified.
