EchoRisk-MICCAI 2026 is an official MICCAI challenge focused on advancing cardio-oncology AI by developing models to predict therapy-induced cardiotoxicity from longitudinal echocardiograms. It provides a unique multicentre dataset of 2,159 echocardiograms across 422 patients and five timepoints, with three clinically grounded tasks: LVEF regression, left ventricular dysfunction classification, and early cardiotoxicity risk prediction.
