Policies worth checking twice

  • Submissions must be anonymized for double-blind review.
  • Papers must not be under review at another conference or journal during EGSR 2026 submission.
  • Dual submission to EGSR and other venues is not permitted.
  • All accepted papers must be presented in person at the symposium.
  • Authors must include an AI-use statement in their submissions if generative AI tools were used.
  • Page limits are strictly enforced: full papers up to 12 pages, short papers up to 6 pages (excluding references).
  • Author lists and affiliations cannot be changed after the submission deadline.
