- Submissions must be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere.
- Submissions are peer-reviewed in a single-blind fashion.
- Papers must be formatted according to Springer’s LNCS guidelines.
- Submissions must be uploaded as a single PDF file via OpenReview.
- Additional pages are allowed for references and a clearly marked appendix.
- At least one author of each accepted paper must register by the early bird deadline (July 24, 2026).
- Registration fees are non-refundable but transferable to another participant.
- Invitation letters for visas are issued only to authors of accepted papers (for EUMAS) or after full payment (for EASSS).
