Submitted to workshops, must be in Springer LNCS style, not exceed 12 pages including references; papers under 10 pages will not be published in proceedings.

Short Papers

Papers under 10 pages may be presented at workshops but will not appear in the Springer LNCS proceedings.

Minisymposium Contributions

Invited talks, panels, or posters; no full papers collected; non-compulsory 4-page summaries may be published in the LNCS volume.

Policies worth checking twice

  • Submissions must be in PDF format and follow Springer LNCS style.
  • Papers must not exceed 12 pages, including references; papers shorter than 10 pages will not be published in proceedings.
  • All submitted manuscripts will be checked for originality using Springer iThenticate; non-original papers may be rejected without review.
  • Camera-ready versions of accepted workshop papers must be submitted via SpringerNature’s Meteor system.
  • Workshop papers require at least three reviews per submission, managed via mandatory EasyChair system.
  • Workshop organizers must ensure PC diversity across geography, gender, career stage, and academia/industry.
  • PhD students and other students are not eligible to serve as workshop organizers.
  • Minisymposium speakers must be approached and confirmed in advance.
