Policies worth checking twice

  • Submissions must be anonymous and properly formatted; non-compliant papers will be desk-rejected.
  • Authors may submit at most 6 papers, either as single-author or co-authored (including students).
  • Program committee members and area chairs may submit up to 6 papers; PC co-chairs are not allowed to submit.
  • Accepted papers must be presented in person by one of the authors.
  • Early withdrawal of submissions requires express approval from the program chairs.
  • A rebuttal phase is part of the two-round review process, allowing authors to respond to reviews.
  • Submissions that are early-rejected may be submitted to other conferences after the first round notification date.
  • Authors must comply with the AI tool policy, which is linked on the submission page.
