Policies worth checking twice
- All direct submissions must be anonymized following ACL guidelines: no author names, affiliations, acknowledgements, institutional logos, or identifiable URLs.
- Papers must not be under review at another archival venue at submission time; concurrent submissions to other venues must be disclosed.
- arXiv pre-prints are permitted as long as the submission remains anonymous.
- ARR-committed papers must declare any other concurrent commitments.
- Supplementary material may be included in an appendix or linked via anonymous repositories, but reviewers are not required to consult it.
- Accepted papers are archival by default and published in the ACL Anthology; authors may opt for non-archival status.
- No author rebuttal period for direct submissions.
- At least one author of each accepted paper must register and present in person (remote presentation not guaranteed).
