- Papers with major revision must be resubmitted by a subsequent deadline to be reconsidered; otherwise, they are treated as new submissions.
- Accepted papers must be presented at the corresponding FSE conference; failure to present results in withdrawal from publication.
- Authors may use AI tools but must disclose their use in a dedicated statement in the paper.
- Dual submission to other conferences or journals is not permitted.
- Camera-ready versions must be submitted by the specified deadline for all accepted and conditionally accepted papers.
