Contribution paths

A strong submission should clearly identify its contribution and evaluate it appropriately.

Full papers

Oral presentations accompanied by full papers published in the proceedings; submissions must be previously unpublished, not under review elsewhere, and adhere to Springer LNCS format with a maximum of 20 pages including references and appendices.

Poster presentations

Submissions may be considered for poster presentations instead of oral presentations; these are not explicitly required to be full papers but must still meet technical contribution standards.

  • Submissions can be anonymized but are not required to be.
  • Papers must not exceed 20 pages including references and well-formatted appendices.
  • Submissions must adhere to Springer's Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) format.
  • The corresponding author must complete and sign a Consent-to-Publish form.
  • Authorship changes cannot be made after files are sent to Springer.
  • Advance registration of an abstract is optional but allows for later updates before the full paper deadline.
