- Tutorial materials are exempt from ACM OpenAPC (Article Processing Charges).
- One instructor per accepted tutorial receives a discounted registration, divisible among multiple instructors.
- Each presenter is eligible for only one tutorial discount.
- Tutorial proposals must be submitted via the official form and require login with a passcode.
- Accepted tutorials must be presented in hybrid mode, not online-only.
- Workshop and tutorial proposals are reviewed by the organizing committee based on interest, depth, instructor expertise, and novelty.
- The conference is hybrid, with both in-person and virtual participation options.
