- Submissions must not have previously appeared at any machine learning venue, including the main ICLR conference track.
- Submissions under review at other venues (e.g., IJCAI, ICML, ICAPS, ACL, UAI) are welcome since HCAIR is non-archival and does not require copyright transfer.
- Submissions must be anonymized if currently under blind review.
- Submissions must use the ICLR 2026 paper format.
- Papers must adhere to the ICLR Code of Ethics and ICLR 2026 policy on using LLMs for writing in their paper.
- Appendices may be included without page limits, but reviewers are not required to read them.
