- Papers must be prepared using the MICCAI 2026 LNCS template and submitted as searchable PDFs.
- Submissions exceeding the 8+2 page limit or violating formatting requirements may be rejected without review.
- Submitted work must be original and not under review or accepted elsewhere in substantially similar form.
- Archived preprints are permitted if they comply with MICCAI policies and do not compromise anonymity.
- Supplemental material is optional and must be submitted by the deadline; reviewers are not required to consult it.
- All submissions must be made via OpenReview with complete and correct author list, conflicts of interest, subject areas, and metadata.
