Policies worth checking twice
- Submissions must be no longer than five (5) two-column pages excluding references and appendices.
- Submissions must use a 10-point font (Times New Roman or similar) with 12-point leading and fit within a 7"x9" text block.
- Submissions must be double-blind; authors must not identify themselves explicitly or by implication, including in citations of their own prior work.
- Papers may not be under consideration for any other venue; simultaneous submission is prohibited.
- Papers accompanied by nondisclosure agreements will not be considered.
- Authors must declare conflicts of interest with program committee members based on employment, advisor/advisee relationships, recent collaboration, or family ties.
- No direct communication with PC members about submissions is allowed.
- Post-acceptance authorship changes require evidence of ACM policy compliance and a detailed explanation to the chairs.
