- Submissions must be original and not under consideration elsewhere.
- Dual-anonymous (double-blind) review process is enforced.
- Authors must avoid identifying themselves or their institutions in submissions.
- Papers must not contain information subject to non-disclosure agreements (NDAs).
- Authors must declare conflicts of interest with PC members at submission.
- Author lists cannot be changed after acceptance.
- ACM Policy on Authorship and AI use must be followed: Generative AI may be used only for improving text quality, not generating technical content, and must be disclosed.
- Submissions must be formatted strictly in ACM Proceedings Style (sigconf template); non-compliant submissions are rejected without review.
