Policies worth checking twice

  • Papers must not substantially overlap with papers that have been published or are simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference with proceedings.
  • Submissions must be in PDF format via the official conference submission website.
  • Papers must be written in English and formatted according to Springer LNCS guidelines.
  • All submissions undergo single-blind review by at least three reviewers.
  • At least one author of each accepted paper must register and attend the conference to present the work.
  • Accepted papers may be reclassified (e.g., from Regular to Research/Workshop) based on review results, requiring page reduction for camera-ready versions.
  • Papers are limited to a maximum of 20 pages for regular submissions and 12 pages for research/workshop submissions.
