- Submissions must be double-blind: authors must not reveal their identity, and self-citations must be in third person.
- Papers must not exceed 8 pages in ACM two-column sigconf format, including all figures and references.
- No supplementary materials or appendices are allowed.
- The author list cannot be modified after initial submission.
- Each author is limited to no more than 12 submissions.
- Papers under review or published elsewhere in archival venues are not permitted; dual submission leads to immediate rejection.
- Papers may have appeared as non-archival preprints (e.g., arXiv) but must not be cited to preserve anonymity.
- Authors must participate in reviewing if requested; failure to do so may result in desk rejection.
