  • Submissions must be anonymous for blind review (no author names or affiliations in the paper).
  • Papers must not exceed 5 pages in IEEE two-column format.
  • Author lists and affiliations may be added after acceptance.
  • Use of generative AI tools must be disclosed in a dedicated section of the paper.
  • All authors must register and attend the conference if the paper is accepted.
