- Papers must be original and unpublished and must not be submitted concurrently elsewhere.
- The review process is double-blind: author information must be removed and citations that reveal authorship must be avoided.
- Papers must follow the IEEE 8.5″ x 11″ two-column format using 10pt fonts and the official IEEE Conference template.
- Papers are limited to 11 pages including figures, tables, appendices, and references; exceeding this limit results in desk rejection.
- Authors may upload papers to preprint repositories like arXiv.org before review, but must use different titles and abstracts to preserve anonymity.
- At least one author of each accepted paper must register and attend in person to present; no-show papers will be removed from proceedings.
- A separate author registration is required for each accepted paper.
- Authors are expected to adhere to the IEEE Code of Ethics and IEEE Policy on AI-Generated Text.
