Policies worth checking twice
- Submissions undergo double-blind peer review
- Authors must anonymize their manuscripts and blind any references, links, repositories, or other information that could reveal authorship
- Submissions must follow the IEEE Proceedings Format
- Maximum length: 10 pages for the main paper, plus references
- Accepted Early Bird papers may be recommended for publication in the Journal of Healthcare Informatics Research (JHIR), pending approval
- All accepted papers must be presented at the conference, and at least one author must register at the author registration rate
- Authors whose papers are not accepted during the Early Bird round may revise and resubmit to the regular submission track
