- Submissions must not exceed 10 pages (including references) and must use the ACM format (\documentclass[sigconf,review,anonymous]{acmart}).
- The review process is double-anonymous: author names, affiliations, and acknowledgments must be omitted from submissions.
- Authors must refer to their own prior work in the third person.
- Submissions must represent original research and cannot be under review or accepted elsewhere.
- All authors must register conflicts of interest in the submission system (Linklings), including academic advisor/advisee relationships, collaborators within the past 3 years, same institutional affiliation within the past 3 years, and family/close personal relationships.
- At least one author of each accepted paper must register and attend the conference in person.
- Remote presentation is allowed only under clear and extenuating circumstances, with decisions made two weeks before the conference.
- Each accepted paper requires at least one full registration, applied per paper regardless of shared authorship.
