1st Workshop on Generalization in Autonomous Driving: Paradigms, Practice, and Public Road Demonstrations (ICRA)
The ICRA 2026 GenAV Workshop focused on the challenge of generalization in autonomous driving, bringing together researchers to compare modular, open-source approaches with data-hungry end-to-end methods. The workshop featured live public-road demonstrations of the TUM EDGAR vehicle and included keynotes, poster sessions, and discussions on domain adaptation, sim-to-real transfer, and software engineering practices.
Paper fit
A strong submission should clearly identify its contribution and evaluate it appropriately.
4-6 page papers (including references) using the standard IEEE ICRA template; position papers, work in progress, and novel ideas are encouraged.
Accepted papers are invited to present as posters during the workshop.
Authors of accepted papers may give live oral presentations.
Authors may submit video highlights as an alternative or addition to live presentations.
