Full Papers

Original research papers submitted for peer review, limited to 11 pages of single-spaced two-column text plus unlimited references, with no appendices allowed. Accepted papers are published in the ACM Digital Library.

Workshop Papers

Peer-reviewed papers presented at affiliated workshops, which may be full or short papers (up to 4 pages for short, at least 5 for full), included in the ACM Proceedings of ICS’26-W.

Posters

Poster presentations for research contributions, with a separate call for posters and mentoring program for students and early-career researchers.

Policies worth checking twice

  • Submissions must be double-blind: no author names, affiliations, or identifying information in the paper; self-references must be in third person.
  • Papers must not exceed 11 pages (single-spaced, two-column) with unlimited references; no appendices allowed.
  • Submissions must be in printable PDF format using the official ACM conference template; modifications result in desk rejection.
  • Authors cannot submit the same paper to both submission cycles; only one submission per paper is permitted.
  • Concurrent submissions to other conferences, journals, or archived workshop proceedings are prohibited during review; exceptions only for non-archived workshops or arXiv (with disclosure).
  • Authors must declare all conflicts of interest on the submission form, including collaboration, institutional affiliation, or funding relationships within the last four years.
  • AI-generated content must be disclosed in accordance with ACM’s guidelines.
  • Authorship cannot be changed after acceptance; no additions or removals of authors are permitted.
