Policies worth checking twice
- All authors of accepted papers must present in person; no-shows result in removal from proceedings.
- Workshop papers must receive at least three reviews and meet a minimum of five accepted papers to avoid cancellation or merger.
- At least one author of each accepted workshop paper must register and attend to present.
- Tutorial proposals must be submitted via EasyChair in PDF format.
- Accepted tutorial abstracts (2 pages) will be published in Springer LNCS post-proceedings.
- Workshop papers are expected to be 8–12 Springer LNCS pages long.
- All deadlines are in Anywhere on Earth time (AOE = GMT–12).
