  • Double-blind review process: author names and affiliations must not appear in the submitted paper.
  • Papers must be original and not submitted or published elsewhere.
  • Submissions must be in PDF format and conform to IEEE specifications: single-spaced, double-column, 10-point font.
  • Maximum page limit is 10 pages (8 pages base + 2 extra pages at $100 per page); papers exceeding 10 pages will be desk-rejected.
  • Accepted papers must be presented by an author with full registration payment to be published.
  • Use of the official IEEE template is mandatory; deviations may lead to immediate rejection.
  • All accepted papers will be submitted for publication to IEEE Xplore and indexed by EI/Compendex.
