- Submissions must be original and not under review at any other conference or journal.
- Submissions must adhere to a double-blind review policy — no author names, affiliations, or identifying information allowed.
- Submitted work must not have substantial overlap (>20%) with previously published or concurrently submitted work.
- Manuscripts previously posted on arXiv or as non-peer-reviewed technical reports are eligible for submission.
- Papers must be submitted in PDF format, maximum 20 MB, using the official LaTeX template.
- Main manuscript length is limited to 8 pages; references may extend beyond this limit.
- Supplementary materials (e.g., code, proofs) may be submitted via an anonymous GitHub link or through OpenReview (up to 50 MB), but will not appear in the proceedings.
- At least one author of each accepted paper must register at the non-student early bird rate and present the paper in person.
