Up to 3 pages (excluding references, acknowledgments, and limitations), formatted in the IEEE conference template, submitted via OpenReview. Accepted abstracts are presented as posters and accompanied by a 90-second video.

Policies worth checking twice

  • Submissions must comply with IEEE RAS double-blind peer review guidelines; non-compliance may result in desk rejection.
  • Each submission must nominate one author to review two other contributions under a reciprocal review model.
  • Accepted abstracts must be presented by a registered workshop attendee.
  • In-progress work and extensions of previously published material are encouraged; originality is welcome but not required.
  • Authors of accepted works must submit a poster and a 90-second spotlight video by the specified deadline.
