- Each submission must nominate one author to review two other contributions under a reciprocal review model.
- Accepted abstracts must be presented by a registered workshop attendee.
- In-progress work and extensions of previously published material are encouraged; originality is welcome but not required.
- Authors of accepted works must submit a poster and a 90-second spotlight video by the specified deadline.
