The 5th International Workshop on Human Brain and Artificial Intelligence (HBAI 2026)
HBAI 2026 is the fifth International Workshop on Human Brain and Artificial Intelligence, held in conjunction with IJCAI 2026 in Bremen, Germany. It aims to bridge AI and neuroscience by fostering research at the intersection of brain-inspired computing and AI applications for brain science, with a focus on NeuroAI, neural mechanisms, brain-machine interfaces, and cognitive data science.

- Papers must not be under review for, published in, or accepted by another venue with formally published proceedings at the time of submission.
- At least one author of each accepted paper must attend and present in person at the workshop in Bremen.
- All submissions undergo double-blind peer review.
- All papers must be submitted via OpenReview.
- Camera-ready versions must follow provided templates and guidelines, and be submitted via OpenReview by the deadline.
- Posters must be printed in A0 size (841 x 1189 mm) and brought by participants.
