- Submitted papers must not include author names, affiliations, or identifying information in the review version.
- Papers must not have been published before and must not be under review elsewhere.
- Full papers can be accepted as short or poster papers; short papers can be accepted as poster papers only.
- Authors of accepted papers must maintain the original page count in the camera-ready version if the paper type is downgraded.
- At least one author must register by 30 September 2026 for the paper to be published.
- Only one paper per registration is included; additional papers require an extra fee, with a maximum of one additional paper per registration.
- Authors must submit a Consent to Publish form with the camera-ready version.
