Paper Track

3–4 page papers in IEEE conference format describing novel research, work in progress, benchmarks, systems, methods, or position papers; accepted papers are presented as posters with potential for spotlight talks.

Poster-Only Track

1–2 page abstracts for recently published work, ongoing projects, preliminary results, hardware systems, datasets, benchmarks, or position statements; authors bring printed posters to the workshop.

Policies worth checking twice

  • Submissions are reviewed non-anonymously.
  • Paper Track submissions must be 3–4 pages (excluding references) in IEEE conference format.
  • Poster-Only Track submissions must be 1–2 pages in abstract format.
  • Concurrent submission to other venues is permitted since the workshop is non-archival.
  • At least one author of each accepted submission must attend the workshop in person.
  • Authors may submit an optional 2–3 minute video for Paper Track submissions.
  • Accepted papers may be made publicly available on the workshop website with author permission.
