- Submissions must not be made simultaneously to another conference with refereed proceedings or to a journal.
- Drafts containing essentially the same results as submissions currently under review in other conferences or journals are not eligible.
- Workshops and conferences without formal proceedings are exempt from the dual-submission restriction.
- At least one author of each accepted paper must register and present the paper.
- Submissions must be double-blind: authors' names, affiliations, and email addresses must not appear in the submission.
- Authors may disseminate drafts on personal webpages or preprint servers like arXiv.
- Authors must declare conflicts of interest with PC members, including past advisors, students, same-institution affiliations, and recent coauthors.
- If an author is a PC member, this must be explicitly indicated during submission.
